Check out his party trick…. On our way, we stopped in Los Angeles for a few days. We stayed near Venice Beach, so just had to check-out the famous Muscle Beach! I spent today doing a first aid course and then went pretty much straight to class.

Flexibility helps make many tricks look amazing, and safe and consistent stretching also improves mobility, range of motion and muscle control, which helps prevent injury! Still not convinced? Read on to discover some of the ways that flexibility can improve your pole dancing tricks and skills!
That little tip that if you know it, it makes the move so much easier to get. I realised this when I was attempting shoulder mounts for the first time at home. I used to get into it by going from a Superman and lowering my legs.
